For the tank I suggest you add shoulder elements to make it more feminine. You could do a classic lace cap sleeve, but I think it would take away from the lace application in the front. What I would do instead is a strap, braid or chain that is attached only in two places in the front and back, so it hangs around the shoulder and gives a little cold shoulder moment. I especially love this style with bead/pearl strings. You can even layer a few in different lengths.

Maybe cut the neckline into shapes and frame them with smaller lace? Like make the neckline sort of look like flower petals or use safety pins to make a square or v neckline

i think for the top, it might help to make it more feminine by sewing a similar white lace around the armholes & bottom to drag attention away from the neckline. alternatively, it'd also look cute to tie a little white lace bow around your neck to hide the neckline and make it more cutesy. also i love ur leopard toadstool!! <3

I think if I were you and didn’t like the shirt, I would just seam rip everything off the shirt and re sew them onto something I already know I love🤍
